Thanks for the pictures and report. The strong waves with an undertow sound dangerous. I remember getting caught in a trouph between greaking waves and undertow in a small cove while scuba diving years ago. Even with swim fins I could not get out of the trough by myself. My legs got tired and the empty air tank made it difficult to really swim. A buddy helped pull me out. The swims you did sound impressive. Keep up the good work and be safe.
