This blog was forwarded to me by my good friend and old college roomie, Jamie Walters. My husband and I moved to Trophy Club last year and Jamie mentioned that we should contact David for advice on training and workout buddies. My husband Joel competes in Xterra triathlons and will be running in his first marathon this spring (he would love to eventually do an Ironman event).
